This Privacy Policy describes how Noma (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use the Noma studio dashboard and related websites (the “Service”).

If you use the Service for an organization, that organization decides why connected product data is processed, and we process it to provide the Service.

We collect the account details you submit, such as your name, email address, and login identifiers from the sign-in provider you choose.

We collect the project details you add, including app names and the identifiers required to connect a source.

When you connect a source, we receive the data that source allows for the permissions you approve. This can include store, subscription, analytics, and social metrics for the applications in your studio.

If you connect TikTok, we receive a user access token and the profile and public video statistics you authorize. That includes display name, follower count, and public video totals such as views, likes, shares, and comments. We use this only to show those metrics inside your studio.

We do not use TikTok data to post, delete, or edit content, to advertise to TikTok users, or to sell the data. We do not share TikTok data with other customers.

We use personal information to operate your account, connect and refresh the sources you authorize, display metrics, secure the Service, and respond to you.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected-account data to train public models or to build advertising profiles.

We share information with service providers that host, authenticate, or operate the Service, and only so they can perform that work.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the Service, our users, or the public.

If you disconnect a source, we stop further collection from that source. You can ask us to delete the related credentials and synced metrics.

We keep account and metric data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. Access tokens are stored so we can refresh the connection you approved, and are removed when you disconnect that source or close the account.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You may disconnect TikTok or any other source in the studio. You may also revoke Noma’s access from the TikTok account settings. Revoking access stops new syncs.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may close your account.

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
