Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Noma, the studio dashboard and related websites, software, and integrations (the “Service”), operated by Noma (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account, connecting a source, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Noma provides a workspace where a studio can connect its own applications and view metrics from sources it authorizes, including app stores, analytics, billing, and social accounts.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that any integration, metric, or third-party source will remain available or error-free.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your account.

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not sell or assign any intellectual property to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as applicable law expressly allows.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may invite teammates only if you are allowed to share the connected data with them. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the data, names, and materials you submit or connect (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data only to provide and secure the Service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to connect each source, including each social account, and that doing so does not violate the terms of that source or any law.

If you connect a TikTok account, you sign in with TikTok and approve the permissions Noma requests. Those permissions are used to read the account profile and public video statistics you authorize, including followers, views, likes, shares, and comments, and to show them in your studio.

Noma does not post, delete, or edit TikTok content, and does not change your TikTok account settings, unless a later feature states that it will and you give a separate approval.

TikTok’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to your TikTok account. We are not responsible for TikTok’s availability, review decisions, or data. You may disconnect TikTok in the studio, which stops further sync from that account.

The same principle applies to other connected sources, such as App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, analytics, and other social networks: we access only what you authorize, and that provider’s terms still apply to you.

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, access an account you are not authorized to connect, interfere with the Service, or probe it except as part of a good-faith security report.

You may not submit credentials that are not yours or misrepresent which application or social account you control.

If a paid plan applies, fees, billing period, and taxes are those shown in the Service or in an order agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may suspend access for unpaid amounts.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Metrics are copies or summaries from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or different from the source console. You are responsible for decisions you make using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noma and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or business, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability arising out of the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may disconnect sources from the studio. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or creates risk for the Service or other users.

On termination, your license ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. If you continue to use the Service after the update, you accept the revised Terms.
